The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative and should have the stated years of relevant law firm experience, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters.
