Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year

Requirements
- 3-8 Years of M&A, Corporate Law or Securities Transactions
- Admitted to PA bar
- Experienced in executing M&A transactions
- Experienced in working with private equity clients
- Drafting and negotiation skills
