Responsibilities
- Conduct transactional and M&A work, including preparation and review of schedules and data rooms
- Advise clients on M&A matters
- Prepare necessary documentation
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions
- Manage end-of-year reporting and filings
- Proofread legal documents
- Support transactional partners in the office
Requirements
- Active bar membership in Nevada
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in M&A, including transactional work and document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word; basic Excel skills are acceptable
- Graduating in the top 10% of class from a national law school, or in the top 1%-5% locally from Boyd Law School, or completion of a 2-year federal district court clerkship is preferred
