Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

Position Description

Our client is seeking a Junior (2nd–3rd year) Corporate M&A Associate to support a sophisticated transactional practice focused on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, equity financings, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Managing deal processes and closings
• Advising clients through all stages of the business lifecycle

Requirements

• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Prominent ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials
• Exposure to middle-market M&A and private equity transactions preferred
