Key Responsibilities

  • Advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and other strategic commercial transactions.
  • Drafts, reviews, and negotiates acquisition agreements and related transaction documentation.
  • Counsels clients on corporate governance and securities matters.
  • Works closely with founders, investors, private equity and venture capital funds, and established businesses across a variety of industries.
  • Manages multiple transactions while collaborating with colleagues and maintaining exceptional client service.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience gained within a law firm.
  • Strong experience handling mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with strong commercial judgment.
  • Able to manage client relationships and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
  • Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
  • Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in the relevant jurisdiction prior to joining.
