Qualifications
- 3–8 years of M&A, corporate law, or securities transactions experience
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar
- Experienced in executing M&A transactions
- Experienced in working with private equity clients
- Drafting and negotiation skills
Pay
$95,000 – $135,000 per year
