LVN needed in Stevenson Ranch

About the role

Assisted is an exciting place to work, experiencing significant growth. We are currently hiring LVNs in Stevenson Ranch and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services.
• Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
• Auxiliary in performing specialized procedures and duties under the supervision of the RN and / or physician.
• Auxiliary in carrying out the plan of care as directed by the RN.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
• Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.

Pay

$38/hr with benefits offered if you work an average of 30 hrs a week.

Schedule

All shifts available, Day and Night, 12 hours shifts.
