About the Role
We're recruiting an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Audi store. This is a luxury franchise with a discerning clientele and a pay plan that rewards performance directly.
Responsibilities
- Own every delivery—new, used, lease, and cash—with a consistent, compliant menu presentation
- Drive product performance with efficiency, transparency, and polish
- Maintain clean funding and tight CIT; luxury paper should never sit
Requirements
- Proven F&I manager with verifiable production—luxury or import experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in captive programs
- Professional who protects gross through value, not friction
- CDK and Darwin experience a plus; a track record matters more than a software resume
