LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - Contract

About the role

Seeking a compassionate RN to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff about resident changes
• Complete resident assessments and administer medications following the 5 Rights
• Perform wound care and monitor residents for condition changes
• Assist CNAs with call lights and act as a floor leader by assessing situations
• Report abuse, neglect, or misappropriation concerns to leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• A two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred)
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• At least one year of experience in a similar setting
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
