About the Role
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting, ensuring residents' well-being and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members regarding resident status
- Complete resident assessments and document accurately
- Administer medications following the 5 Rights
- Perform wound care and monitor residents for changes in condition
- Assist CNAs with call light response and support floor leadership
- Report any abuse, neglect, or misappropriation concerns
- Maintain thorough, accurate resident records
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred)
- Current Wisconsin RN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
