LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care facility. This role emphasizes supporting healthcare professionals to deliver excellent resident care while promoting work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with physicians and families about resident status
• Complete resident assessments
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights
• Perform wound care
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Monitor residents and lead on the floor
• Report abuse or neglect
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred)
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• At least one year of experience in a similar setting
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
