LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - Contract

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care facility. This role involves leadership, thorough assessments, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with physicians and families about resident changes
• Complete resident assessments
• Administer medications safely
• Perform wound care
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Monitor residents’ conditions
• Act as a floor leader
• Report abuse or neglect
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• At least one year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred)
