LTC/SNF RN - Contract

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a long-term care/senior care setting in Southeast Montana. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting residents' health, and collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. The nurse will also offer emotional support and education to residents and their families while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care/senior care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or senior care setting.
