About the role
Provide exceptional nursing care in a long-term care setting by performing resident assessments, administering medications following the 5 Rights, and delivering wound care. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members regarding resident status. Support CNAs, monitor residents for changes, and act as a floor leader by assessing and managing situations. Ensure accurate documentation and report any abuse or neglect concerns. Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred)
- Current Wisconsin RN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar setting
