LPN - Wellness & Home Care

Job Summary

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Full-time LPN 11p-7a to join our Wellness and Home Care teams. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners.
• Keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome.

Compensation

Hourly range $30 - $34 depending on experience. Full-time, 11p-7a shifts.
