LPN - Surgical Inpatient

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Include Assisting with medication administration, including oral meds and IV piggybacks (excluding IV push meds)Performing dressings, trach care, NG tube care, and ostomy managementCharting assessments and updating care plans in collaboration with RNsCommunicating with physicians/APPs to coordinate care and receive ordersReinforcing patient education and discharge instructions Qualifications And Skills Licensed Practical Nurse certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 daysCollege diploma as an LPN This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
