This role involves providing warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents.

Responsibilities

• Administering or assisting with medication per the Resident Care Plan
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and communicating any changes
• Collaborating with the Health Services Director on assessments

Qualifications

• A positive attitude
• Graduation from a state-approved nursing school
• A current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse
• At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care
