About the Role
This role involves providing personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents, ensuring their well-being and communicating any changes in their condition or care plans. Administer or assist with medication according to the Resident Care Plan. Engage residents to promote their wellbeing and monitor their health status. Collaborate with the Health Services Director on resident assessments and documentation.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude
- Graduation from a state-approved nursing school
- Current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocational Nurse
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care
