Role Overview: This position involves providing compassionate personal care, assistance, and companionship to residents. Responsibilities Deliver warm, engaging personal care services and support to residents.Assist with or administer medication following the Resident Care Plan.Monitor residents' wellbeing, communicate changes in their condition or care needs.Collaborate with the team and Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments. Qualifications And Skills Positive attitude and passion for working with people.Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse.At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care environments.
