About the role

This role involves providing compassionate personal care, assistance, and companionship to residents, ensuring their wellbeing and communicating any changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications per the Resident Care Plan
• Collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident progress at specified intervals

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing school
• Current license as a Registered or Practical/Vocational Nurse
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care
