M-F: 3PM-11PM
You'll Be Great As Our RN / LPN Supervisor Because You Have:
- A current Missouri state nursing license
- A current Missouri state nursing license
- Previous supervisory or long-term care experience preferred
- Great leadership and communication skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered care practices
- Experience coordinating and supporting nursing staff
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
- The ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities
Cook up shifts.
Manage staff to ensure resident care.
Ensure the smooth running of the building.
Address any needs or concerns.
Cook up shift huddle support.
