Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care quality and safety.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee shift coverage and manage staffing needs to meet patient care demands.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
• Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal patient care environments.
• Participate in facility-wide initiatives and committees to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN/RN in Virginia.
• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
• Previous Long Term Care experience is a plus.
