You'll Be Great As Our RN / LPN Supervisor Because
- A current Missouri state nursing license
- Previous supervisory or long-term care experience preferred
- Great leadership and communication skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered care practices
- Experience coordinating and supporting nursing staff
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
- The ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cook up shifts
- Manage staff to ensure resident care
- Ensure the smooth running of the building
- Address any needs or concerns
- Cook up shift huddle support
