About the role

Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an Evening Nursing Supervisor (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) to supervise our nursing staff on both short-term and long-term care units. A short and easy commute from Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Essex, and Danvers.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11 PM (willing to split 24/16 to adjust the shift to fit your needs). Weekend on-call rotation—generally once every 5 weeks.

Pay

Hourly pay with shift differentials and weekly payroll. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN state license and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or related healthcare setting (preferred)
• Minimum one year of experience in long-term care
• Experience in supervision, teaching principles, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
