Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Current LPN/RN license in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in long-term care or similar setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for improving the lives of our residents
