LPN/RN Contract Nurse

This position is intended for local candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve the quality of care we provide

Pay

LPN: $40/hr. RN: $45/hr.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• Full-time day and full-time night shifts available
• Contract duration: 8 weeks
