Pay
- LPN: $40/hr
- RN: $45/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide nursing care to residents, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct patient assessments, identify areas of concern, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of care services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
