LPN Residential
About the role
The Edinburg Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should possess a current and valid license as a practical nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration and have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions, particularly in a residential group setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement ISP objectives and healthcare plans
- Assist with tube feeding and tube medication administration
- Provide wound care, catheter and ostomy care
- Manage diabetes and attend medical appointments
- Participate in activities to develop ADL skills
- Perform other duties as directed by Residential Management staff
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification within first three months of hire
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills - MS Word, Outlook preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
