LPN - Regional Float Pool - Part Time - Night

About the role

Join a dynamic regional float pool as an LPN responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities. This role involves working in diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ER, Oncology, and more, providing flexible coverage at a minimum of three assigned hospitals in the region.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality patient care based on nursing standards
• Floats between facilities, adapting to various clinical environments
• Building clinical assessment and communication skills
• Collaborating with diverse healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
• At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with patient movement
