LPN - Regional Float Pool - Part Time - Night

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in a Regional Float Pool, providing care across multiple facilities in the East Region. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients according to nursing standards.Float between designated hospitals, working in diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Oncology, Neurology, and more.Build clinical assessment and communication skills while collaborating with various teams and patient populations. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license in the state of practice.Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized units, with preferred Epic experience.Certifications include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification as required per unit.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks.
