About the Role
The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within the region.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Float between hospitals and work in diverse units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and more
- Maintain licensure and certifications
- Adapt to various clinical environments
- Provide safe, effective nursing care across multiple units
- Collaborate with diverse teams
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Handle physical demands of patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Valid LPN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent bedside experience depending on specialty
- Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
- Physical ability to perform duties
