LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights - Mercy Lincoln and Surrounding Communities

Position Details

The Regional Float Pool LPN - East Region is a full-time position that works nights. It offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and regional float pool perks, including shift differentials of $2.75/Evenings, $3.75/Nights, and $1.50/Weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensure: Must have and maintain a current LPN license within the hiring state
• Experience: One year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg. For all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years of recent bed-side LPN experience
• Preferred Experience: Epic experience
• Certifications (Must have to start): BLS, ACLS, PALS
• IV certification required

Physical Requirements/Demands

• Stand/Walk most of the time on duty
• Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance
• Push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
