Role & Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients based on nursing standards.
- Floates between multiple community hospital facilities, providing flexible support across units such as Med/Surg, Emergency Department, ICU, and more.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent bedside LPN experience, depending on specialty
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients up to 50 pounds
