Role Overview

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple hospital facilities, utilizing theoretical knowledge for decision-making. They will work in various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and more, floating between designated facilities in the East Region.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Collaborate with diverse teams
• Adapt to different clinical environments
• Maintain licensure and certifications
• Perform physical duties such as patient handling and lifting

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN license
• Minimum of one year bedside LPN experience (two for critical care or emergency units)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS preferred for specific areas
• IV certification
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients
