LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights - Mercy St Louis and Surrounding Communities

Position Details

The Regional Resource LPN will float between the designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities. This position is full-time with shifts occurring nights. It comes with an incentive sign-on bonus of $2,000 and regional float pool perks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensure: Must have and maintain a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
• One year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg. For all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years of recent bed-side LPN experience
• Preferred Experience: Epic experience
• Certifications (Must have to start): BLS, ACLS, PALS

Physical Requirements/Demands

• Stand/Walk most of the time on duty
• Significant amount of bending and stooping
• Significant amount of lifting and turning patients with assistance
• Push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
