LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

About the Role

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities, utilizing theoretical knowledge for clinical decisions. This position involves floating between designated hospitals in the East Region, working in diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Float to various units and facilities, adapting to different patient populations and clinical settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN license.
• Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized areas.
• Certifications: BLS (required); ACLS and PALS for critical areas; IV certification required.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and assist with patient movement.
