LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

About the Role

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in multiple hospital facilities across the region.

Responsibilities

• Floats between designated facilities, supporting various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.
• Builds clinical assessment and communication skills while working with diverse patient populations and teams.
• Maintains current licensure, certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV), and adheres to all safety and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license.
• Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; at least two years for specialized units.
• Certifications in BLS, IV, and additional advanced certifications as required by unit.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility.
