LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

Join a dynamic nursing team as a Regional Float Pool LPN The Licensed Practice Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts and adhering to nursing standards. The Regional Resource LPN will float across multiple healthcare facilities within the designated region, providing flexible coverage and diverse clinical experiences. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality nursing care across various departments such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.Building strong assessment and communication skills while working with diverse teams and patient populations.Maintaining licensure, certifications, and adhering to physical demands of the role. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure.Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for specialized units).Required certifications: BLS; ACLS, PALS, IV certification depending on specialty.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients.
