LPN Private Duty

About the role

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Variety of patient acuities available: G-tube, Trach, and Vent patients.

Schedule

• Day or Night shifts available.
• 8, 10 and 12 hour shift lengths.

Pay

• Estimated pay: $25 - $32 per hour (case by case specific)
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,200 for day shift and up to $4,000 for night shift

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.
