LPN - Practical Nurse - Acute Care Float I

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing clinical support in a hospital environment. Responsibilities Assist providers and staff in patient diagnosis and treatment, ensuring efficient clinic flow.Complete patient database updates, including vital signs, medical history, and medication reviews.Provide nursing care, assist with procedures, and document assessments and treatments.Collect laboratory specimens, prepare paperwork, and communicate with patients regarding their care.Reinforce patient education, manage inventory levels, and restock supplies.Clean, set up, and maintain examination rooms, ensuring asepsis and proper equipment functioning.Support orientation of new personnel and provide front office support as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required).Ability to provide age-specific patient care.Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
