About the role

Provides professional nursing care in assisted living settings under supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety.
• Document resident interactions, monitor outcomes, and maintain confidentiality.
• Recognize problems, suggest solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare team, and families.
• Communicate clearly, provide resident education, and support self-care programs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure.
• Preferred experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
