About the role
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Affirms signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collates, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Performs other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state where practice occurs.
- One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
Pay
$35 - $37 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM
