LPN - Part-Time

About the role

Provide comprehensive nursing care in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage medication plans, including documentation and communication with physicians
• Assess resident needs and update care plans accordingly
• Ensure resident safety, wellness, and proper documentation of measures
• Respond to emergencies with professionalism and promptness
• Report resident changes and incidents to the Healthcare Director
• Participate in community activities and assist with meals
• Maintain accurate records and foster positive interdepartmental relationships
• Identify risks and initiate appropriate interventions
• Provide shift reports and supervise CNAs/RMAs
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety practices

Requirements

• Current, in-good-standing LPN license in the relevant state
• Experience with senior populations, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
• Strong team collaboration, supervision, and communication skills
• Critical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and physical capability to perform duties
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Participation in required trainings and certification programs
