About the role
Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs for part-time shifts. Shift options include:
- Part-time, 2pm-10pm with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation
- Part-time, 10pm-6am with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation
What to Expect
Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus
Rate Range
$30-$40/hour
