LPN - Part-time
About the role
Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs for part-time shifts from 10pm to 6am with a weekend rotation. We are a skilled nursing facility committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus
Rate Range
$30-$40/hour
