LPN - Part-Time

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive nursing care that reflects our Philosophy of Person-Directed Care
- Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure excellent resident care
- Support and hold team members accountable for quality care and resident satisfaction
- Monitor resident needs and respond with compassion and professionalism
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- PointClickCare (PCC) software experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent)
- Current CPR certification
- Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred
Schedule
Part-Time, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday.
Pay
$30 - $35.50/hr. (DOE)
