About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers within medical practice settings. They collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to support patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient data and assist with examinations and treatments
• Support self-care plans for patients
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment
• Engage in quality improvement activities through ongoing education and team participation
• Adhere to legal and professional standards in nursing practice

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN licensure
• Graduate from an accredited LPN program
• BLS certification (within six weeks of hire)

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing

Pay

$22.00 to $32.00 per hour
