LPN Office Nurse - Full Time - Days

About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides general nursing care in medical practice settings, supporting patients, families, and caregivers. An active team member, the LPN collaborates with physicians, registered nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient measurements and data
• Record, report, and document patient findings
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
• Assist with examinations and supportive care tasks under supervision
• Support self-care and management plans
• Maintain safety, equipment, supplies, and a clean environment
• Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and team activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and respond to patient requests

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current New York State licensure as an LPN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 6 weeks of hire)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills
