About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers within medical practice settings. They collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient data and prepare patients for examinations
• Assist with treatments and support self-care plans
• Maintain equipment and practice standard precautions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active New York State LPN license
• Basic Life Support certification (obtained within 6 weeks of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
