Position Overview Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working on a Neurology floor with moderate to high patient acuity, including stroke, seizures, brain injury, and neurological disorders. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with other departments, evaluate care effectiveness, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited LPN program or equivalent, with current licensure, BLS certification, and LPN-IV certification (or achievable within specified timeframes). Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients is required. Skills: Compassion, attention to detail, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to standards.
